On  i August 3, 2022, Vertiv Holdings Co (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
