Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On i February 27, 2024, agilon health, inc. (“agilon” or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release setting forth its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 27, 2024, the Company issued an investor presentation regarding the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the investor presentation is furnished herewith.
