of Kathy Ross
On April 3, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), Paylocity Holding Corporation (the “Company”) and Katherine Ross agreed that Ms. Ross will no longer serve as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Ms. Ross will remain with the Company as a Senior Vice President until September 3, 2024.
