Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 1, 2024, we announced we will be participating in the BofA Securities Power, Utilities and Clean Energy Conference on Monday, March 4, 2024, in New York City, New York, followed by the Morgan Stanley Energy and Power Conference on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
Christopher Sighinolfi, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Curtis Dinan, senior vice president and chief operating officer, will be conducting a series of meetings
with members of the investment community at each event.
