Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 28, 2022, Barfresh Food Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued an update on recent business developments in conjunction with the filing of its form 10-Q for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. The conference call discussing these results took place on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 1:30 pm Pacific Time (4:30 pm Eastern Time).

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
