Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 17, 2023, Notox Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) was informed of the unexpected death of John Marmora, the President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and a director of the Company. Mr. Marmora had served as a director and officer of the Company since June 28, 2013.
The Company’s board of directors now consists of one member, Zoran Konević, who has temporarily agreed to act as the President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company in the wake of Mr. Marmora’s passing. Mr. Konević is also the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
The Company will begin to search for a new Chief Financial Officer as circumstances allow.
