On April 4, 2024, IZEA Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing its Q1 2024 Managed Services Bookings. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item by reference.
