State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

First America Resources Corporation is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended June 30, 2017 because of delays in the completion of the audit (due to a change in auditors) of its financial statements and related portions of the Form 10-K, which delays could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company intends to file its Form 10-K no later than fifteen calendar days following the prescribed due date.
