Appointment of Dennis W Irby as Chief Financial Officer

On December 12, 2022, Dennis W Irby was appointed as Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Mr Irby brings over 30 years of experience in tax compliance, tax controversy, securities and listing exchange matters, US GAAP application and interpretation. Mr Irby’s work experience includes Deloitte where he was a partner , Sequa Corporation and DangoteGroup PLC where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University, a MBA from the University of Texas Dallas and a residency in International Management from Grenoble University in France, He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
