On August 12, 2019, Julio Rodriguez resigned as the Chief Information Officer of Workhorse Group Inc. (the "Company") effective August 30, 2019. There was no disagreement between Mr. Rodriguez and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
