(1) Jamex, LLC, formerly known as Bridger, LLC, is the record holder of the common units reported herein. Ballengee Interests, LLC is the majority member of Jamex, LLC. James H. Ballengee is the manager of each of Jamex, LLC and Ballengee Interests, LLC. Each of the reporting persons disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
