Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 1, 2021, IQVIA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has acquired the remaining 40 percent minority interest in Q² Solutions from Quest Diagnostics, resulting in 100 percent ownership by the Company. The Company also disclosed certain additional financial information relating to the impact of the acquisition on the Company. The full text of the press release was posted on the Company’s internet website and is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
