Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 11, 2022 (October 12, 2022 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (the “Company”) lodged an announcement with the Australian Securities Exchange regarding a response to media speculation. A copy of the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
