Liquidation of the debtors, DVI, Inc., et al., the Liquidating Trustee for the  
DVI Liquidating Trust filed the Third Report of the Liquidating Trustee, dated  
July 15, 2005, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, with the United States          
Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
