We hereby inform you that we have been notified that IG4 Capital Infrastructure Investments LP has made a Public Tender Offer ("Tender Offer") for a total
number of 107'198,601 common shares with voting rights equivalent to 12.29% of the issued shares of AENZA S.A.A. (the "Company").
The terms and conditions of the Tender Offer are published on the Lima Stock Exchange
website.
We have also received communications from shareholders representing 12.72% collectively where 8.82% inform us that they have entered into a voting
agreement with IG4 and 3.9% indicate that they have transferred their shares to a trust where IG4 has the decision over the voting rights.
Our Board of Directors is evaluating the Tender Offer in order to diligently comply with its duties to the shareholders and
the company in accordance with
the applicable regulations.
