ITEM 8.01.  OTHER EVENTS.

 

On February 9, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing athat it has structured a strategic relationship with Avery Dennison to collaborate on a number of technical innovations.  The relationship covers a variety of technologies that UniPixel has innovated while advancing its work on its TMOS displays and Opcuity Performance Engineered Films.  Specific terms of agreements and the mutual development work under way are not being disclosed for confidentiality reasons. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, incorporated by reference herein, and the description of the press release is qualified in its entirety by reference to such Exhibit.
