On October 19, 2021, Andover National Corporation (the “Company”) released a letter from the Company’s Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (the “Chairman’s Letter”) to the Company’s stockholders. A copy of the Chairman’s Letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
