CF SECURED, LLC PROVIDES REGULATION T AND PORTFOLIO MARGIN, IN BOTH EQUITY AND DEBT PRODUCTS, INCLUDING EXCHANGE-TRADED FUNDS ("ETFS"), AND OPTIONS.THE FIRM MAY ADDITIONALLY HEDGE ITS EXPOSURE. CF SECURED, LLC IS APPLYING TO REGISTER AS A SECURITY-BASED SWAP DEALER TO FACILITATE TOTAL-RETURN SWAPS ON BEHALF OF INSTITUTIONAL CUSTOMERS.

EXECUTION:
