Explanatory Note:
This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on January 31, 2024 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-24-001197) as amended by the 10-D/A filed by the Registrant on March 18, 2024 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-24-003675) (together, the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise certain information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D relating to amounts payable to the Certificateholders based on updated information from the Master Servicer and is being filed for administrative convenience to ensure the beginning and ending balances of each Class of Certificates and the allocations of principal and interest reflect amounts ultimately distributed to investors.

On January 18, 2024 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2014-LC14.
