(Attach Extra Sheets if Needed) The Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K will not be filed on March 30, 2000, the required filing date, due to the unavailability on that date of all information needed to complete the Form 10-K. The delays in collecting such information have been caused in part by distractions associated with the recent resignations of the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Vice President--Sales and Syndications, and additional burdens on staff related to recently announced strategic initiative projects. On May 13, 1999 the Company completed an initial public offering of 3,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock resulting in net proceeds of approximately $41.3 million. On November 12, 1999, we changed our name from Intelligent Life Corporation to ilife.com, Inc. which better reflects the Company's major revenue generating activities, which are derived from the Internet. Total assets increased from $3,099,000 at December 31, 1998 to $33,462,000 at December 31, 1999. Total stockholders' deficit at December 31, 1998 was $(10,985,000) and total stockholders' equity was $17,445,000 at December 31, 1999. Revenue for the year ended December 31, 1999 of $12,118,000 increased $6,496,000 or 116% from $5,622,000 for the comparable period in 1998. Total cost of operations for the year ended December 31, 1999 was $41,827,000 compared to $9,798,000 in 1998.
