Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 12, 2022, Patrick Spence, Chief Executive Officer of Sonos, Inc. (“Sonos”), and Eddie Lazarus, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Sonos, will participate in a fireside chat beginning at 3:00 pm Pacific, as well as host investor meetings, as part of the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference.

During the conference, Sonos intends to reaffirm the fiscal year 2022 guidance issued at the time of its third quarter fiscal 2022 results. A live webcast and replay of the fireside chat will be accessible in the News & Events section of the Sonos investor relations website: https://investors.sonos.com/news-and-events/default.aspx#section=events-and-presentations.
