Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 29, 2024, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco"), including Wes Powell, President and Chief Executive Officer, Lynn Stanfield, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Matt Foster, Sr. Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations, will be meeting with investors at Wolfe Research Real Estate Conference 2024.
