On May
31, 2023, Commonwealth Edison Company (the Company) announced that President and Chief Operating Officer, Terence Donnelly would be leaving the Company effective December 31, 2023. Mr. Donnelly will continue to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer until his departure and will continue to receive his full level of compensation and benefits until his departure.
On December 31, 2023, Mr. Donnelly will separate from the Company and will receive benefits applicable to a termination of employment other than for "cause" provided under Section 4 of
the Exelon Corporation Senior Management Severance Plan, which covers senior executives of the Company and the terms of which have been previously disclosed.
