On June 10, 2022, First Bancorp (the “Company”)
filed Articles of Amendment with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State, amending its Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 40 million to 60 million.The Articles of Amendment are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
