The Registrant is still in the process of preparing its Annual Report 
on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1999.  The      
 subject Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31,
  2000 will be filed as soon as possible after the Annual Report is filed.
