On April 4, 2024, AZZ Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a fiscal year 2024 fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on May 2, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 17, 2024.
