REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On March 9, 2021 The L.S. Starrett Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received written notification from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the continued listing standard set forth in Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual (“Section 802.01B”). The Company regained compliance under Section 802.01B after the
Company achieved compliance with the NYSE’s minimum market capitalization and shareholders’ equity requirements over the past two quarters.
