On May 8, 2023, Ohio Power Company (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $400,000,000 of its 5.00% Senior Notes Series S, due 2033 (the “Notes”).
