As a result of fourth quarter of 2016 changes to our tax structure and to our reportable segments and the impact on our accounting and financial presentation, Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined it will need additional time to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016 (the “Annual Report”). The Company anticipates that it will file the Annual Report no later than March
31, 2017, the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

release dated February 27, 2017, that the Company expects to report revenue growth of approximately 9.6% for fiscal 2016 as compared to fiscal 2015, and to report positive earnings per share for the full year and fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016.
