Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 30, 2021, Hillman Solutions Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results
of the completed redemption of its outstanding warrants to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, that were issued under the Amended and Restated Warrant Agreement, dated November 13, 2020, by and between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as warrant agent.
