On behalf of Global Future City Holding Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Company”), on or about February 16, 2017, we made a request pursuant to Rule 477 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (“Securities Act”), that the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-1, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto (File No. 333-204005), as initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) on May 5, 2016 (“Registration Statement”) be withdrawn.
