On March 21, 2023, Indiana Michigan Power Company (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC as representatives of the underwriters named therein (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $500,000,000 of its 5.625% Senior Notes, Series P, due 2053 (the “Notes”).
