Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
OneMain Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) previously announced that Rajive Chadha, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) would step down as COO on or before March 31, 2024. Mr. Chadha stepped down as COO on March 31, 2024 and will continue to serve as a Senior Advisor to the Company up to September 15, 2024. Upon
his departure from the Company, Mr. Chadha will receive separation benefits under the Company’s Executive Severance Plan as described in the definitive proxy statement for the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of shareholders.
