"Company") issued a
press release announcing that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the retirement plan custody and trust assets business from TD Ameritrade Trust Company, a subsidiary of TD Ameritrade Holding Company (Nasdaq: AMTD). A copy of the
press release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
