Amendment to Proxy Statement

LF Capital Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) filed its 2019 Proxy Statement related to the election of directors and the ratification of the Company’s public accounting firm on October 30, 2019 (the “Proxy Statement”). This amendment to the Proxy Statement hereby changes the references to a record date of “October 24, 2019” on pages 2, 3, 6, 9 and 33 of the Proxy Statement to a record date of “October 18, 2019”. No other changes have been made to the Proxy Statement.
