On May 18, 2023, Stephen Bruffett, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Schneider National, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intention to retire after 5 years as Chief Financial Officer of the
Company. Mr. Bruffett and the Company have agreed that, following the appointment of his successor, Mr. Bruffett will remain with the Company through the transition of his responsibilities to his successor.
The Company has launched a formal search for its next Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bruffett will remain Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer during the search.
