Deep Green Waste & Recycling, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 because the Registrant was not able to complete timely its financial statements without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant currently anticipates that its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 will be filed as soon as practicable, and no later than fifteen calendar days following its prescribed due date.
