Effective May
2, 2022, Eric J. Carre became Chief Financial Officer of Halliburton Company. Also, effective May 2, 2022, Lance Loeffler, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will step down from the chief financial officer role and become Senior Vice President, Middle East North Africa.
Mr. Carre, age 55, has served as Executive Vice President Global Business Lines of Halliburton Company since May 2016, and prior to that as Senior Vice President, Drilling and Evaluation Division of Halliburton Company.
