Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 16, 2023, EPAM issued a press release including the announcement that
its Board of Directors approved a common stock repurchase program, authorizing EPAM to repurchase up to $500 million of EPAM Systems, Inc. common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
