Quarterly Common and Preferred Stock Dividend.
At the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Western Alliance Bancorporation held on July 31, 2023, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable August 25, 2023 to shareholders of record as of August
11, 2023.
The Company's Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $106.25 per share (equivalent to $0.265625 per depositary share) on its 4.250% Fixed Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable September 30, 2023 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2023.
