The registrant is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 (the “Form 20-F”) within the prescribed time period because the registrant’s printer requires additional time to prepare the iXBRL processing and assembling before filing. The registrant filed its Form 20-F at 18:40pm EST on October 31, 2022, which is no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
