EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 1 to the Report on Form 6-K originally filed by Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 13, 2024 (the “Original 6-K”), is being filed solely to provide an updated version of the investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) furnished as Exhibit 99.1 thereto. The updated Investor Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and supersedes Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 6-K in its entirety.
Except as described above, no other changes have been made to the Original 6-K.
