(1) 43,382 options were excersiable upon grant on January 9, 2008. The remaining options became exercisable monthly, beginning one month from the date of grant, pro rata during the subsequent four years.

(2) 50% of the options became exercisable on January 1, 2010. The remaing options became exercisable one year later.
