Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (“Intertape”) was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 11-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 (the “Form 11-K”) by the due date of June 28, 2016, due to certain unanticipated difficulties encountered in the final stages of the filing process. Intertape intends to file the Form 11-K on June 29, 2016.
