(the “Registrant”) hereby incorporates by reference the description of its ordinary shares, no par value, to be registered hereunder and relevant tax matters contained under the captions “Description of Our Share Capital” and “Taxation,” respectively, in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (Registration No. 333-219973), as originally filed on August 15, 2017, as subsequently amended (the “Registration Statement”), with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and in the prospectus included in the Registration Statement to be filed separately by the Registrant with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act, which prospectus shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference.
