On April 12, 2024, Quantum Corporation (the “Company”) provided an update on its liquidity for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

(b) On April 8, 2024, Marc E. Rothman, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, informed the Company of his decision to retire from the Board, effective as of the earlier of August 31, 2024 and the date of the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Rothman’s decision to retire did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
