Other Events.

On March 1, 2024 (the “Closing Date”), the WF Card Issuance Trust issued its Class A(2024-1) Notes.

Credit Risk Retention

On the Closing Date, the Transferor Interest was $1,671,653,186.02 representing approximately 83.58% of the aggregate adjusted outstanding investor ABS interests as of the Closing Date, measured in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. risk retention rules.
