Laurie P. Havanec, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, has provided Otis Worldwide Corporation (the “Company”) with notice of her intent to leave the Company as of February 5, 2021. Ms. Havanec will be joining CVS Health to take the role of Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. The Company has initiated a search for Ms. Havenec’s replacement.
