This registration statement relates to the common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (the “Registrant”). Reference is made to the information set forth under the caption “Description of Capital Stock” in the Prospectus constituting a part of the Registration Statement on Form S-1, as amended (Registration No. 333-220785), filed by the Registrant with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which information is incorporated herein by reference.
