The class of securities to be registered hereunder is 8.200% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Fixed to Floating Preference Units, liquidation preference $25.00 per unit (the “Series B Preference Units”), of GasLog Partners LP (the “Registrant”). The description of the Series B Preference Units is set forth under the caption “Description of the Series B Preference Units” in the prospectus filed by the Registrant on January 10, 2018, pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), which prospectus constitutes a part of the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-3 (Registration No. 333-220736) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on September 29, 2017, as amended. Such prospectus, in the form in which it is so filed, shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference.
